Return & Refund Policy

At Modistique, we operate a transparent, “no-hidden-fee” return policy.

1. The 7-Day Return Guarantee

You are eligible to return items within 7 days of the physical delivery date. To qualify, the item must pass our quality inspection:

  • Original Condition: The shirt/pant must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
  • Packaging & Tags: All original brand tags, buttons, and polybags must be intact.

2. The Return Procedure

  1. Request: Contact our support team via the “Returns Portal” on our website or message our official WhatsApp support channel.
  2. Order Validation: Provide your Order ID and photographic evidence if the item is damaged.
  3. Logistics: We will schedule a courier pickup from your provided address.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our warehouse team will inspect it within 48 hours.

3. Refund and Exchange Scenarios

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a stitching error or fabric flaw, we will provide a 100% refund or a free replacement.
  • Sizing Issues: If the item does not fit, we encourage an exchange for a different size. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue Store Credit.
  • COD Refunds: Cash refunds are generally not offered for COD orders; instead, we provide a Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa reversal. This process is initiated only after the return has cleared inspection and takes 7–10 working days.

4. Exceptions

Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive in a damaged state.
